The Lawsuit That Could Change the Fact of Male Enhancement and Premature Ejaculation Supplements

Lawsuit

In September of 2015, a California man filed a lawsuit that might just change the way male enhancement supplements are marketed and perceive forever. The suit is aimed at a male enhancement drug available over the counter and while it targets only one company and specific brand, the implications could have a far reaching effect on the industry as a whole.

Robert Matus is the man who has brought the suit and he’s made it a class action filing. That means that many other men who feel similarly have jumped on board, increasing the litigants in this suit. The lawsuit, filed in the Superior Court of California of San Bernardino County has been formally lodged against Premium Nutraceuticals LLC. The charge? Fraud and deception.

The focus of the lawsuit is the product Vydox. This is a popular male enhancement supplement sold across several websites, including global retailers such as Amazon. The supplement claims to be able to produce harder and better erections as well as improving stamina, making it highly marketable to men dealing with premature ejaculation.

While the hype surrounding the supplement may be great, reviews and reactions to the supplement haven’t measured up. A cursory search for reviews on the products return scores of negative reviews with many men calling it an outright scam. Many of the reviews are downright hostile due, in part, to the exorbitant claims of Vydox. Some of the claims of the supplement include that it says it’s just as powerful as Cialis and Viagra despite the fact that it has never been tested against these drugs.

The lawsuit brought by Matus uses this as the foundation for his claims about fraud and deception. He is suing for an undisclosed amount in addition to asking the company pay all his legal fees plus a request that they pull the product and end their advertising campaign immediately.

Cases like this highlight the need for men searching for supplements and products to treat premature ejaculation to do their research as much as possible. Both Vyox and the company that makes it, Premium Nutraceuticals LLC, are well represented online with a number of websites offering honest, third party reviews.

It should come as no surprise that very few are flattering of either the premature ejaculation supplement itself or the company. Both are the frequent target of reviewers who are angry about the way the product is marketed as well as the business practices of the company itself.

This isn’t to say these reviews negate the validity of the lawsuit currently making its way through the legal system. They do, however, act as a powerful example of how men can avoid these problems with a simple search. And that’s the biggest change that many think will come as a result of this lawsuit.

In the end we won’t know how this plays out legally for some time as these suits can take months or even years to be resolved. But already the male enhancement community is reaching out to people in order to help them avoid being taken in by similar scams. That includes men who are active members in the community as well as reputable male enhancement companies that genuinely want to help men reach their personal goals when it comes to sexual performance and satisfaction.

Looking for help with performance, libido and premature ejaculation is no easy task. The unfortunate truth is that there are still some companies who just want to make money and don’t worry about the efficacy of their products. But there are also those who do. That’s why doing some research and checking out reviews and discussions on boards focused on male health is more important than ever before. In the meantime, we’ll be watching this case with great interest and hoping it sheds light on these practices making the male enhancement industry stronger in the long run.
